Accountant (Middle Level)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented candidate in Accounts (Middle Level) to join our finance/Accounts team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in TDS and GST return filing along with a solid understanding of accounting principles and day-to-day financial operations. Timely and accurate filing of statutory returns is essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and file monthly, quarterly, and annual TDS and GST returns accurately and within deadlines.
- Prepare and maintain TDS workings, challans, and reconciliation statements.
- Manage GST input credit, reconciliation with GSTR-2B, reconciliation with Purchase and Sales and prepare the reconciliation statement as per AIS and TIS and resolve mismatches.
- Assist in preparation of monthly financial statements and MIS reports.
- Maintain accounting records, invoices, ledgers, and vouchers.
- Support statutory audits and respond to queries related to TDS and GST.
- Assist senior management in managing cash flow, vendor payments, and other financial activities.
- Ensure compliance with current tax laws and internal financial policies.
- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks like data entry, bank reconciliation, and journal entries.
Requirements:
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
- Proven experience of 2–3 years specifically in TDS and GST return filings.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliances.
- Proficient in accounting software (Tally, Excel, and any relevant GST filing portals).
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.

Marketing & Sales Executive (Outdoor Media Industry)
Job Type: Full Time

Experience Required: 1–3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients and grow business.
- Build and maintain relationships with advertisers, media agencies, and corporate clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends in the outdoor media industry.
- Pitch advertising solutions to potential clients through presentations and meetings.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and meet/exceed sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution and client servicing.
- Attend industry events, networking meetings, and brand promotions to increase company visibility.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
