ARC Outdoor Media successfully executed one of the largest political outdoor campaigns in Bihar’s history — a 32-minute documentary-based LED vehicle initiative that travelled across every district of the state.
This ambitious project showcased the Prime Minister’s vision, governance and impact to millions of people—right at their doorsteps.

Spanning 30 days, the campaign involved 243 LED screen vehicles, extensive ground teams and round-the-clock tracking — making it a true example of strategy, coordination and execution at scale.

Campaign Objective

To educate, engage and inspire citizens of Bihar by showcasing PM Narendra Modi’s developmental journey through a high-quality documentary film, directly reaching audiences in villages, towns and cities across the state.

ARC Outdoor Media was entrusted with the massive responsibility of managing 243 LED screen vehicles that showcased a 32-minute documentary on Prime Minister Narendra Modi, beautifully portraying his journey, vision and remarkable achievements that continue to inspire millions across India.
